Idisco Liability Agreement

Idisco cannot be held liable for any injury or harm caused to guests/visitors at your party. This is your Party therefore the blame is on you if anyone hurts themselves, injures themselves or has any incident at your party.

You have hired out the…………………………………. (Name of venue) as your parties venue meaning the venues appearance after the party is your responsibility. Any damaged caused (unless we accidently cause any damage which we will admit to and pay for) will be blamed on you or your guests and not our company. This meaning you or the guest responsible will pay for any damaged caused if it is your fault.

Strobe lighting may be used at parties. Please assure that no guests that you have invited are epileptic. This should be done as they enter so that no one is harmed. Any lighting effect can trigger an epileptic to have an attack so please assure these people are aware of the lighting and not allowed into the disco room. We will put up warning signs on all lit doors and entrances. The law is we use a strobe for a minute and then leave an interval so that no ones eyes are hurt. Our other lighting will be on constantly meaning epileptics should still stay clear so they do not have an attack.
