Policies
Our company has to make sure that your party is a sucess but also that we are not disobaying any laws at the same time. If you are ordering a party from us it is important you read this page. You will also be given a copy to sign before your party gets underway.
I f you are holding an outdoor event please ensure your neighbours have been informed or invited. If they do not agree with the party the noise level has to stay below 45db in the day and after 11:00pm we have to decrese our sound to 35db. We apoligise for any inconvieniance this may cause but it's us who have the hassle with dealing with complaints.
we cannot be held liable for any injuries or accidents at your events. We only come to entertain you and it is not our problem if a guest or visitor injures themselves. We have no equipment which can cause injuries to you and your guests therefore we cannot be held liable for any accidents. Our equipments placement will be carefully planned out so that injuries are avoided.
We cannot perform in over 16/18 venues. We are not able to hold parties in a public bar or over 16 zones. We are sorry for any innconveniences this may cause.
When we arrive at your party you will be asked to read and sign our liability form. This ensures you will obay our rules and will not hold us liable for any injuries at your event. Click here to see this form.
